New Construction Addition | Near West End, Richmond, VA | 2024

Attached to a classic Richmond brick and slate home, is an outdoor living room the whole family can live and entertain in. We removed an existing covered porch and extended this new room out, adding terracing for a better connection to the alley garage. Heavy columns inside and out give the room a feel that maybe this once was an open porch later closed in with large glass windows and doors. The crowning jewel is a pyramid skylight that centers the new space.
