In collaboration with our client, this home was designed in a courtyard style to capture the elevated lake

view. Warm wood ceilings, expansive glass walls, and a modern aesthetic create a serene living

experience on the inside. Interior spaces extend seamlessly onto the central pool terrace via large

sliding doors, and a modern side porch connects the house to the outside in a way that provides a sense

of quiet privacy with views throughout. The home was featured on Modern Richmond’s house tour in 2024.
